5 stars is not enough. I cannot say enough good things about Alma. This was my first time buying a home and I was really nervous about the whole process. I had never met Alma before we met to look at the first houses. From the second I met her, she made me feel like we had known each other for years. She immediately made me feel at ease, was patient with my many questions, and guided me step-by-step through the whole process. She was an advocate for me with all of the others involved, ensuring that things were being done correctly all the way from the sales person of the new build community to the construction manager during walk-throughs. She wouldn’t allow me to settle for anything less than what she felt I deserved. I not only met a realtor that I could not have asked for a better experience with, but I can honestly say I gained a great friend in the process.

There are some agents who treat the home selling process like just another business transaction.
